I really enjoy her passion and I can see she is so genuine is wanting to help people. After a few days of achey legs during my pregnancy , her drainage massage helped a ton! I have have been struggling for the past 4 years with painful, swollen legs. Been through multiple GP visits, rheumatologist, vascular surgeon, dopplers etc etc. The only advice drs and specialists gave me was to lose weight and start compression socks. No one took the time to look at inflammatory markers, address other weight gain issues, etc etc. This left me hopeless and to a certain degree depressed. And my health was just spiraling downwards. I then started researching and could identify with online articles related to either lipedema, lymphedema or even chronic venous insufficiency. I could relate to the online pictures and symptoms ( pain , tenderness, fatigue etc etc) and then "self diagnosed " myself, but was still very much confused , hopeless and desperate for real answers. I then stumbled upon Sr Roelene's page on Facebook. I was so relieved and had my first appointment on the 23rd of June 2026. My session with Sr Roelene was a prayer answered...she was so kind, friendly and professional. High qualified and knowlegeable about the topics of lympedema and lipedema. She put all the pieces . These topics are not very common in he medical field, but she explained it in very simple way for me to understand. And for the first time in four years i was actually feeling that someone was finally listening to me without rushing the process and with no judgment. Our first session was a whole 2 hours long for only R1100. Previous specialist sessions costed me R1600 for a 15minute talk, and still i left with nothing! Sr Roelene treated me with a holistic approach, did a physical assessment, drew up a treatment care plan for me, did a lymphatic massage , introduced me to annual lymphatic drainage pump and gave me some tools/home exercises to continue at home . I appreciated the health education so much . Post treatment I felt light , less tender and could feel how the swelling subsided. Emotionally I felt so relieved , less hopeless and empowered. I would highly recommend Sr Roelene services if you stuck with any swollen body issues. She is a answered prayer to me. And with her help im excited to get my life back ❤

I went for lymph therapy at Sister Roelene in 2024. She is a warm and friendly kind person and very proffesional in what she does. She is the most careing person I met in a long time and and I felt safe in her presence. I felt much healthier after my lymph treatment and Sister Roelene became a friend.
